Over the past four years I've specialised in designing carbon fibre and aluminium bicycle frames, developing components for advanced production processes including composite pre-preg layup, aluminium squeeze and gravity casting, hydroforming, forging and sheet metal fabrication. Combined with more than seven years experience designing plastic products and components for injection moulding, I bring extensive expertise in design for manufacture across a wide range of materials and manufacturing processes.
